Helen was originally licensed in 1979. Other related fields include: working with the Seattle Master Builders Association; administrator/accountant for several real estate offices and enjoyed six years as the building department administrator and building inspector for the City of Sultan.
Familiar with the Issues
As a result of her position with the City of Sultan, Helen has had hands-on experience with land use, zoning regulations, flood zones, building and energy codes, wetlands, sensitive areas and government procedures.
Her Personal Side
Helen is married, and has a teenage step-daughter. Her family moved to the Sequim Valley in 1984. She is a Native Alaskan, and loves the snow, enjoys fishing, golf, woodworking, oil painting, gardening and "torturing" her friends with her violin!
